Battleship Cove and Science Museum Cub Scout Camp Ins are incredible experiences for you and your Cub Scout Pack.  These outstanding programs combine adventure and entertainment with education.  We promise you and your Cub Scout will have an experience to remember.

Registration Procedures

  1. All registrations must be made on-line.

  2. Register for each camp-in separately by date.
Choose your date and clicking on date above to begin the registration process.

  3. You can reserve space for more than one date, but a separate registration is required for each date.

  4. Registration for the November, 2008, Science Museum Dates opens at 12:01 am on July 1, 2008

  5. Registration for all other Dates listed above opens at 12:01 am on July 15, 2008

  6. Due to the popularity of this event and limited space available, you are financially responsible for the space you reserve.

Credit card or Electronic Check payment is required to complete the on line registration.

All registrations and reserved spaces are final. There are no refunds.

  7. When the total number of spaces for a given date are filled, a waiting list for that date will be created.

If you need more space than is available for a specific date, please call the Council Service Center and we will try to obtain the extra space for you.

  8. Registration as a single group by Pack is preferred. At least one Adult is required for each on-line registration.

  9. The first Adult listed on the registration form is the person in charge of the group for this trip. It may be a different name than the Cubmaster. All contact information (mailing address and day and evening phone) for that person is required on the form.

A final Roster Form of adults and Scouts must be submitted to the Council no later than 30 days prior to the camp-in date.  The Roster Form will be available for downloading shortly.

  10. When planning your Pack calendar, please de sure to have 2 or 3 back-up dates. Because this is a first come first serve process, there is the possibility you may be "closed out" of your first choice. Therefore it is best to "Be Prepared" and have a second and third plan ready when signing up.

  11. This program is available to registered Cub Scouts and their Parents or Guardian only. Siblings who are not Cub Scouts are not permitted to attend.
